SMS Messaging Terms

AceCam® Golf uses SMS (text messaging) to provide you with a seamless golf contest experience. By participating in our SMS services, you can:

• Receive instant contest entry confirmations and magic links
• Get real-time notifications about your contest results
• Communicate with our platform to manage your scorecard
• Track your performance and contest history
• Receive updates about ongoing events at your golf course

Our SMS system helps manage your scorecard and golf experience:

• Manage your scorecard through text messaging
• Receive updates about your golf performance
• Get notifications about events and contests
• Track your results and progress

AceCam® Golf operates two separate SMS consents. Providing your phone number does not opt you in to promotional messages.

1. Account & service messages

By providing your phone number when you create an account, you agree to receive text messages from AceCam® Golf LLC:

• One-time sign-in and account recovery codes
• Contest entry confirmations and entry links
• Score submission reminders and contest results
• Wallet funding, payout and prize notifications
• Replies from our support team when you contact us or text us a question

Message frequency varies with your activity. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

2. Promotional & announcement messages

Promotional and announcement texts require a separate, explicit opt-in. Turn it on under Profile → Settings → Notifications, where the control is off by default. We record the date and the version of the disclosure you agreed to, and you can turn it off at any time without affecting your account or service messages.

Rates & carrier terms

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. AceCam® Golf is not responsible for carrier charges. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

When you communicate with AceCam® Golf via SMS, we collect and use:

• Your phone number for sending updates and notifications
• Message timestamps to ensure timely communications
• Your golf performance data to track scorecard progress
• Communication preferences to customize your experience

We do not share your phone numberwith third parties for marketing purposes. Your SMS communications are used solely to enhance your AceCam® Golf golf contest experience.

You can stop receiving SMS messages from AceCam® Golf at any time:

• Text "STOP": reply "STOP" to any message from our SMS system. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT.
• Promotional messages only: turn off the promotional opt-in under Profile → Settings → Notifications. This leaves your account and service messages unaffected.
• Contact Support: email support@acecamgolf.com and we will opt you out.

To resume messages after opting out, reply START (or UNSTOP or YES). For help at any time, reply HELP.

Important: replying STOP stops all texts from that number, including one-time sign-in codes. This is required by mobile carriers and applies to every SMS program. If you still need to sign in, choose "Call me" on the sign-in screen to receive your code by phone call, or reply START to resume texts.

To use AceCam® Golf SMS services:

• You must have a mobile device capable of sending and receiving SMS
• Your carrier must support SMS messaging to US numbers
• You are responsible for any messaging charges from your carrier
• Internet access may be required to access contest entry links

AceCam® Golf may update these SMS messaging terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• SMS notification to your registered phone number
• Email notification if you have an account with us
• Updates to this page with the revised effective date

Continued use of our SMS services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
