AceCam Rules of Play

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

Last Updated: July 16, 2026

1. Introduction and Scope

These Rules of Play (“Terms”) govern your access to verification and content services provided by AceCam Golf LLC (“AceCam”) in connection with skill-based golf contests and challenges (“Contests”) hosted by participating golf courses or third-party organizers (“Host”). The AceCam Golf mobile application (“App”) enables users to access video capture, results tracking, leaderboard functionality, and digital content tied to those events — including but not limited to Closest-to-the-Pin, Longest Drive, AceCam Hole-in-One Jackpot (Progressive and Fixed), and their simulator variants, as well as skill-based Challenges such as the Birdie Bonus, Hit-the-Green, and Putting Challenge, together with Milestone Badge achievements and Highlight rewards. These Terms operate in conjunction with, and are subject to, the general AceCam Terms of Service and AceCam Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, these Rules of Play shall govern with respect to Contest participation.

By entering or participating in any Contest on AceCam, you are confirming that:

  • You meet all eligibility requirements;
  • You agree to abide by the rules, restrictions, and dispute resolution processes set forth herein;
  • You understand that AceCam's platform is built to support and verify legal, skill-based competition hosted at real-world golf courses, including video content services and gamified achievements. It is not a gambling platform, nor does it support any third-party wagering of any kind.
  • You may be subject to additional eligibility restrictions based on your jurisdiction's laws, course-specific configurations, or verified skill level.

These Terms are made available only to registered users who are eligible to access the AceCam platform via the App. Access to Contests and associated cash or non-cash rewards may be further restricted by user account settings, geographic limitations, handicap index, or course configurations.

1.1 Apple Disclaimer

AceCam Contests are sponsored and administered solely by AceCam Golf LLC and its affiliate (Host) golf facilities. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, or involved in any way with the Contests, rewards, achievements, or operations of the AceCam platform. Apple does not endorse, manage, or assume any responsibility for contest advertised on the AceCam Golf mobile app. By participating in any Contests, you acknowledge that Apple bears no liability for any contest-related activity, and you hereby release Apple from all claims or demands related to your participation.

1.2 Two Categories of AceCam-Supported Activity

AceCam supports two distinct categories of Contests and Challenges, each governed by its own operating model. These categories are referenced throughout these Rules of Play, and the applicable rules, fees, and prize-funding mechanics depend on which category a given Contest or Challenge falls within.

  • Host Course Contestsare skill-based contests organized, administered, and funded by a participating Host. AceCam's role is limited to providing verification, video, leaderboard, and content services in support of the Contest. AceCam does not collect Host Course Contest entry fees and does not pay Host Course Contest prizes. Any entry fee paid by a participant for a Host Course Contest is paid to and administered by the Host. Any AceCam Service Fee paid by a participant in connection with a Host Course Contest is a separate transactionin exchange for AceCam's technology services. Multi-Participant Skill Contests at Closed-Group Outings, Leagues, and Tournaments (Section 6.9) are administered under this Host Course Contest framing, with the outing organizer, league commissioner, or tournament host functioning as the Host.
  • AceCam-Operated Contests and Challengesare skill-based contests and challenges organized, administered, and funded directly by AceCam Golf LLC. These include the AceCam Hole-in-One Progressive Jackpot (Section 6.4), the AceCam Hole-in-One Fixed Jackpot (Section 6.6), AceCam-Operated Closest-to-the-Pin Contests and Longest Drive Contests where applicable (Sections 6.5 and 6.7), and the AceCam Challenges (the Birdie Bonus, Hit-the-Green, and Putting Challenges, Sections 7.5–7.7). Player vs. Player Challenges (Section 7.2) are also AceCam-operated, with AceCam providing verification, administration, and escrow services for a separate flat Service Fee and the full combined Challenge pot paid to the verified winner. For AceCam-Operated activity, participants pay applicable Entry Fees, Challenge Stakes, and Service Fees from their funded AceCam Wallet; AceCam funds prizes from operational reserves and sponsor contributions; AceCam distributes prizes to the winning participant's AceCam Wallet.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Rules of Play, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

  • “AceCam” or “AceCam/we/us/our” refers to AceCam Golf LLC, the owner and operator of the AceCam mobile application.
  • “User” or “Participant” refers to any individual who creates a valid account on AceCam and accesses or participates in a Contest.
  • “Host” or “Partner” refers to any golf facility advertised on the AceCam Golf platform, web or mobile app, where contests are hosted and content is generated.
  • “Contest” means any skill-based event advertised through the App in which participants compete based on objective golf performance metrics at their Host Course.
  • “Challenge” means a skill-based performance event initiated by one or more users, verified by AceCam, and resolved individually rather than as part of a host course contest.
  • “Milestone Achievement” means any accomplishment earned by a user during legitimate golf play (e.g., Hole-in-One, Closest-to-the-Pin, performance streaks) that may result in a digital badge, reward, or acknowledgment.
  • “AceCam Badge”refers to a gamified digital award earned by completing a predefined achievement. Badges may, at AceCam's discretion, carry promotional or cash-based reward value not directly tied to a specific contest entry.
  • “Progressive Jackpot”refers to the cumulative prize associated with achieving a Hole-in-One under verified conditions, as calculated based on AceCam's contest ledger and disclosed according to our jackpot rules.
  • “Service Fee”means the fixed-dollar amount charged to participants to access AceCam's content, video capture, and data recording functionality during a Contest. This fee is not an entry fee for a chance-based game and does not constitute a wager or bet.

3. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in AceCam Contests, you must meet all of the following criteria:

3.1 Minimum Age

  • Only users who are 18 years of age or older are permitted to access the AceCam platform, participate in any Contest or Challenge (including Host Course Contests, AceCam-Operated Contests, AceCam Challenges, Player vs. Player Challenges, and Multi-Participant Closed-Group Contests), fund or maintain a balance in the AceCam Wallet, or qualify for any associated cash prizes, payouts, or milestone rewards.
    • You must be at least 17 years of age to create an AceCam account and access general non-monetary platform features.
  • We reserve the right to request verification of age at any time to confirm compliance with these Terms.

3.2 Legal Compliance

  • Participation in AceCam Contests is subject to the laws and regulations of your place of residence. By accessing or participating in any Contest, you represent and warrant that you are in full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, including any regulations related to skill-based competitions, prize awards, or digital gaming platforms.
  • AceCam continuously monitors legal developments and reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or prohibit access to certain Contests in any jurisdiction where such activities may be deemed unlawful or subject to additional regulatory oversight. We make no guarantee that Contests will be available in all regions, and eligibility may change without notice based on evolving legal interpretations or regulatory guidance.

3.3 Skill Requirements and Fair Play

  • Certain Contests may be limited to users meeting specific skill-related criteria (e.g., official handicap index ranges, tee box requirements, or verified playing conditions).
  • AceCam reserves the right to restrict or deny Contest access to users whose participation could compromise the skill-based nature or integrity of the competition.

3.4 One Account Per Participant

Users may only create and maintain one active AceCam account. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction, including the use of multiple accounts, false identities, or spoofed devices, will result in disqualification and potential permanent ban from all AceCam services.

3.5 Contest Access Limitations

  • Access to the AceCam platform and related functionality will be automatically restricted for users who do not meet age requirements or whose geofenced location is blocked due to regulatory concerns.
  • AceCam may implement real-time age and location verification tools and reserves the right to modify access at its sole discretion.

4. Contest Integration and Service Fees

AceCam provides verification, tracking, and content services in connection with skill-based golf contests hosted by participating courses or third-party organizers. These services integrate with our proprietary camera system, gamified achievement model, and content platform to enhance the contest experience for players and ensure outcome integrity.

Participants are charged a fixed Service Feeto access AceCam's verification and content tools, including video verification, player identification, event validation, and digital content creation. It is not a contest entry fee and does not guarantee any prize or outcome.

4.1 Service Fee Structure

Each contest-eligible round includes a Service Fee charged by AceCam to cover the use of its platform, equipment, and services. This fee includes:

  • Video verification to confirm that the registered user took the eligible shot at the correct time and location;
  • HD video recording and content capture during your tee shot, tied to your verified identity and contest timestamp;
  • Shot-tracing overlays and highlight editing for enhanced playback;
  • Access to request videos (“Highlights”), storage, and social sharing tools within the app.

The Service Fee is not a bet or wager, and is paid solely in exchange for services provided by AceCam as a content platform for entertainment and golf services.

Contest-related payments are not processed through Apple's In-App Purchase (IAP) system. All monetary transactions related to Contest participation, Service Fees, Challenge Stakes, AceCam Wallet funding, and prize payouts are handled through AceCam's disclosed third-party payment partners. AceCam's currently authorized payment partners include CyberSource (card-payment gateway), Cliq (ACH and bank-rail processing), Plaid (identity verification, account authentication, and bank linking), and Venmo (consumer-facing Wallet funding and prize payouts). Specific rail availability, applicable fees, and limits are disclosed within the AceCam App at the time of transaction. See the AceCam Wallet section of the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy for the full applicable terms.

4.2 Contest Types

  • Hole-in-One Progressive Jackpot:Participants who record a verified Hole-in-One at a designated AceCam contest hole are eligible for that day's posted jackpot amount.
  • Closest-to-the-Pin Contest: Participants compete based on the measured proximity of their tee shot to the flagstick. Top finishers receive in-kind rewards such as free video Highlights and AceCam merchandise.

4.3 Separation of Prizes and Achievements

  • In-kind rewards (e.g., video footage, merchandise) are awarded based on contest performance.
  • Cash-based rewards, when applicable, are tied solely to Milestone Achievements via AceCam Badge issuance and are not guaranteed, fixed, or pooled contest winnings.
  • AceCam may adjust badge prize values based on event type, participation volume, sponsor involvement, or other discretionary factors.

5. Prizes and Achievements

AceCam Contests may result in either in-kind rewards or achievement-based promotional incentives, depending on the type of Contest and the user's verified performance. The structure is designed to promote fair, skill-based competition and encourage authentic gameplay across participating golf courses.

5.1 In-Kind Rewards

Participants in select skill-based Contests may earn in-kind prizes, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Free access to cinematic video footage of the qualifying shot;
  • Personalized video editing with overlays (e.g., shot tracing, graphics, commentary, music);
  • AceCam-branded merchandise (e.g., hats, bag tags, apparel, certificates).

These items are awarded as a recognition of contest performance and are not cash equivalents, nor do they represent a wagered payout.

5.2 AceCam Badges and Milestone Achievements

Certain player accomplishments may result in the issuance of AceCam Badges, which are digital awards associated with verifiable achievements such as:

  • Hole-in-One contest winners;
  • Closest-to-the-Pin contests winners (e.g., 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place);
  • Achievements and Milestones such as Green-in-Regulation, Scoring Streaks, One-Putts, Consecutive Pars and Birdies, etc.

AceCam Badges may carry variable promotional rewards, including discretionary cash incentives or additional merchandise. These promotional incentives:

  • Are issued at the sole discretion of AceCam;
  • Are not guaranteed or fixed;
  • Are not awarded from pooled entry fees;
  • May vary by course, contest type, sponsor involvement, or participation level.

AceCam does not guarantee the issuance of cash-based rewards for any badge or achievement. These are discretionary promotional incentives and are not determined by contest entry fees or odds of winning.

AceCam may notify users of the current or projected value of a given Badge through the App, but reserves the right to modify or revoke such value at any time, without prior notice.

Note:Any cash-based rewards tied to AceCam Badges are promotional in nature, awarded at AceCam's sole discretion, and are not funded by pooled Service Fees or contest entry payments. These rewards are not guaranteed and do not constitute a wager, prize pool, or lottery payout.

Payment Processing Fees: Monetary rewards associated with AceCam Badges or other in-app achievements may be subject to transaction or withdrawal fees charged by our payment processing partners (e.g., PayPal, Braintree, or your financial institution). As such, the actual amount received may be slightly lower than the displayed reward value. AceCam does not retain these fees and is not responsible for third-party payment policies.

5.3 Unlawful or Unsupported Wagering or Gambling

AceCam does not facilitate, permit, or endorse any third-party betting or chance-based gambling. All Contest results are tied to skill-based outcomes and the value received from AceCam is for services rendered (i.e., video content, identity verification, gamification features, etc.).

Additionally, no aspect of AceCam's supported Contests constitutes a sweepstakes, lottery, or chance-based activity, and no prizes are awarded via mechanisms that involve randomized outcome generation. Apple Inc. is not involved in contest verification, prize fulfillment, or payment processing.

6. Contests

All contests are governed by AceCam Golf LLC and the participating Host courses, and are not in any way sponsored or affiliated with Apple Inc.

AceCam currently supports verification for two primary types of skill-based contests. Each contest type relies on objective performance metrics and user-reported data, as outlined below. Contest configurations may vary based on the host course, partner promotions, or event format.

Note: All contests are specific to the Course, Hole, and Tee Markers. Contests occurring on the same hole number but using different tee markers are considered independent contests.

6.1 Payment Timing and Verification Activation

All payments and Service Fees for AceCam Contests or Challenges must be completed prior to executing any tee shot or eligible attempt.

Payment serves as confirmation that the player has activated AceCam's verification and content services for that specific shot or Challenge.

Verification includes:

  • Camera system activation and video capture;
  • AI-assisted tracking and manual review;
  • Outcome validation; and
  • Storage and delivery of verified content.

No shot, score, or Challenge result will be reviewed, verified, or deemed eligible for prizes unless payment has been successfully processed before the shot is taken.

Any attempt to pay after executing the shot automatically voids eligibility for verification and prize consideration.

6.2 Contest Registration and Active Hours

To ensure fairness and platform integrity, the following rules apply to all AceCam Contests:

  • Contest registration is governed by the platform's Registration Start Time and End Time.
  • A contest's Active Hours reflect the period during which tee shots must be taken to be eligible for prizes.
  • If a contest is temporarily paused (set to INACTIVE) for editing or maintenance:
    • Players who registered before the pause will remain bound by the rules that were active at the time of registration.
    • No new contest actions may be taken until the contest is reactivated.
  • Contest parameters may be adjusted periodically to reflect seasonal changes such as daylight availability, weather conditions, and course operating hours.

6.3 Recording Results and Submitting Scores

To remain eligible for any awards, badges, or prizes, participants must record their resultsfollowing the “Record Results” prompts in the AceCam mobile app immediately after finishing play on the hole.

  • All contest results must be submitted within two (2) hours of the eligible tee shot.
  • Failure to submit within this time window will result in disqualification, regardless of performance.

Additional operational rules that apply to all Contests:

  • Automatic Default Score on Missed Deadline. If a participant does not record a result within the applicable submission window, AceCam will automatically record a default score for ranking purposes — typically a double bogey with no proximity or distance measurement. The participant is treated as having completed the hole for leaderboard purposes but is not eligible for prizes with respect to that entry.
  • Cooldown Between Entries. Certain Contests enforce a minimum time between entries on the same Contest Hole and Tee Markers. The cooldown, if any, is disclosed on the contest entry screen before payment. Attempts to re-enter before the cooldown elapses will be declined.
  • Pending Score Block. A participant with unsubmitted results from a prior Contest entry may be prevented from entering a new Contest until those results are recorded or the submission window has expired. This rule exists to preserve leaderboard integrity and to prevent score-delay gaming.

In limited circumstances, AceCam may review and approve a late submission if a legitimate reason is presented (e.g., technical failure, verified course delays, or network connectivity issues).

6.4 AceCam Hole-in-One Progressive Jackpot (AceCam-Jackpot) Contest

This contest awards the AceCam “Ace” Badge to any participant who successfully records a verified Hole-in-One during an active and registered contest round. To qualify, the participant must be properly registered and must comply with all contest rules, eligibility requirements, and verification procedures.

The Ace Badge includes a cash prize equivalent to the “Winning Prize” amount displayed for the specific AceCam Contest Hole and Tee Markers on the day the Hole-in-One is recorded.

Contest Format

The AceCam Hole-in-One Progressive Jackpot is operated by AceCam Golf LLC as the contest operator. AceCam funds the daily prize from operational reserves, sponsor contributions, and other funding sources at AceCam's discretion.

  • The posted prize amount may vary from day to day at AceCam's discretion based on operational and sponsor-related considerations.
  • The posted prize for each day's contest (from 00:00 to 24:00 local time) is fixed at 00:00 local time and applies equally to all participants on that day. The posted prize does not update in real time and is not adjusted based on the number of entries received during the contest day.
  • The posted prize is not determined by, calculated from, or otherwise dependent upon Service Fees collected from participants. Service Fees collected from participants are general operational revenue and are not earmarked or reserved as the source of any specific day's posted prize.

Spread-the-Wealth Rule (Multiple Winners)

If multiple players record a verified Hole-in-One on the same day, the posted jackpot will be evenly divided among all winners.

Rationale:

  • Players should not be penalized for predetermined tee times or league schedules.
  • This format encourages continued participation throughout the day.
  • The jackpot is treated as a daily prize, not a race to be the first to score.

6.5 Closest-to-the-Pin (CTP) Contest

Participants in the CTP Contest must manually measure the exact distance from their ball to the hole using the designated AceCam measuring tapelocated near the green. The measured distance must then be entered in the mobile app using the “Record Results” prompts.

Submission Format

  • Results must be recorded in feet and inches, to the nearest inch, and always rounded up (e.g., 5 feet 7.25 inches = 5 feet 8 inches).
  • All distances must be measured using the official measuring tape or device designated by the Host Course.
  • Measurements not taken with the official device, or submitted in any other format, are invalid.

Contest Formats

AceCam may run CTP Contests in one of the following configurations:

  • Single Winner Format: The participant with the closest proximity to the hole is declared the winner.
  • Tiered Winner Format: Awards are distributed to the top three performers (1st, 2nd, 3rd place).

Ties

  • If two or more participants submit identical distances, prizes will be split evenly between the winners.
  • Duplicate rewards may also be issued at AceCam's sole discretion, based on availability and fairness.

Important: AceCam relies on the honesty and accuracy of user-submitted data. Any attempt to falsify results or circumvent submission procedures will result in immediate disqualification and may trigger penalties outlined in Section 9: Disqualification, Cheating, and Sanctions.

6.6 AceCam Hole-in-One Fixed Jackpot Contest

The AceCam Hole-in-One Fixed Jackpot Contest awards the AceCam “Ace” Badge to any participant who records a verified Hole-in-One during an active and registered contest round. To qualify, the participant must be properly registered and must comply with all contest rules, eligibility requirements, and verification procedures set forth in Section 8 (Special Hole-in-One Verification Protocol).

Contest Format

  • The posted prize for each contest is fixed in advance by AceCam or the Host Course and is displayed on the contest entry screen before payment.
  • The fixed prize amount does not change based on the number of entries, Service Fees collected, or the number of participants. The prize remains the same regardless of who enters or when.
  • Unlike the Progressive Jackpot variant (Section 6.4), the Fixed Jackpot does not roll over Service Fees from day to day.

Spread-the-Wealth Rule (Multiple Winners)

If multiple participants record a verified Hole-in-One on the same contest day, the posted fixed prize will be evenly divided among all verified winners, consistent with the rationale in Section 6.4.

Verification

All Hole-in-One outcomes under this Contest are subject to Section 8, including camera capture, AI-assisted tracking, and manual review. Only verified Hole-in-One outcomes are eligible for the Ace Badge and associated prize.

6.7 Longest Drive (LD) Contest

The Longest Drive Contest ranks participants by the verified driving distance of an eligible tee shot on the designated Contest Hole and Tee Markers. The participant with the greatest verified distance at the close of the contest period is declared the winner, subject to the rules below.

Eligibility

  • The tee shot must be taken from the designated Contest Hole and Tee Markersduring the Contest's Active Hours.
  • To be ranked, the ball must come to rest in the designated fairway (or other eligible area defined by the Host Course). Drives that miss the fairway are recorded but are not eligible for ranking.
  • The participant must be properly registered and must have completed payment before executing the tee shot (see Section 6.1).

Measurement and Submission Format

  • Driving distance is measured from the designated tee markers to the point where the ball comes to rest.
  • Results must be recorded in yards, rounded down to the nearest whole yard.
  • Measurement is performed using the method designated by the Host Course (e.g., AceCam camera system, laser rangefinder, course markers, or simulator telemetry).
  • Submissions in any other format, or taken with a non-designated measurement method, are invalid.

Contest Formats

AceCam may run Longest Drive Contests in one of the following configurations:

  • Single Winner Format: The participant with the longest verified distance is declared the winner.
  • Tiered Winner Format: Awards are distributed to the top three performers (1st, 2nd, 3rd place).
  • Period Contests:For contests spanning multiple days, only each participant's best (longest) verified distance within the period is considered for ranking.

Ties

If two or more participants submit identical distances, prizes will be split evenlybetween the winners. Duplicate rewards may also be issued at AceCam's sole discretion, based on availability and fairness.

See Section 6.8 for rules governing simulator-based Longest Drive Contests (Sim LD).

6.8 Simulator Contest Variants (Sim CTP, Sim LD)

AceCam also supports simulator-based variants of Closest-to-the-Pin and Longest Drive Contests at participating indoor golf facilities (each a “Bay”). The general rules in Sections 6.1 through 6.3, and the game-specific rules in Section 6.5 (CTP) and Section 6.7 (LD), apply to simulator variants, subject to the following modifications:

  • Bay, Simulator Unit, and Hole Configuration. Each simulator contest is specific to a Bay, a simulator unit, and a virtual Hole / Tee Markers combination configured by the Host Facility. Contests run on the same virtual hole but on different simulator units or Bays are considered independent contests.
  • Automated Measurement.Distance, proximity, and other performance metrics are captured directly from the simulator's telemetry. Participants are not required to manually measureresults. The simulator's reading is authoritative for ranking purposes.
  • Shot Eligibility. Only the first eligible tee shot (or designated eligible attempt) after Contest activation is considered for ranking. Re-hits, mulligans, or practice swings are not eligible unless expressly permitted by the Host Facility and disclosed on the contest entry screen.
  • Recording.Results are recorded automatically to the participant's AceCam entry when the simulator transmits telemetry. The participant is responsible for confirming the recorded result in the AceCam mobile application using the “Record Results” prompts within the submission window (Section 6.3).
  • Malfunction. If the simulator unit experiences a malfunction, telemetry loss, or measurement error, AceCam may at its sole discretion (i) void the entry and refund the Service Fee, (ii) accept an alternative verified measurement, or (iii) treat the entry as disqualified. Participants should report malfunctions immediately to the Host Facility and to AceCam via the platform.

6.9 Multi-Participant Skill Contests at Closed-Group Outings, Leagues, and Tournaments

AceCam supports skill-based Contests conducted within closed-group settings, including charity golf outings, league play, and member-club tournaments (each, a “Closed-Group Setting”). Representative formats include Closest-to-the-Pin, Longest Drive, Lowest Gross, Lowest Net, and Hole-in-One Contests on a designated hole during the outing or tournament. These Contests are administered under the Host Course Contest framing established in Section 1.2, with the outing organizer, league commissioner, or tournament host functioning as the Host (the “Host Organizer”).

Closed-Group Setting Requirements

A Contest qualifies as a Multi-Participant Closed-Group Contest only where the following conditions are satisfied at the time of entry:

  • The field of eligible participants is closed and of known size at the time the Contest opens (e.g., a registered outing field, a known league roster, a closed tournament registration list).
  • The entry fee is fixed and disclosed to all participants in advance.
  • The first-place prize amount — and any runner-up prize amounts, where applicable — are calculated and posted to participants before any participant plays. At the moment of entry, the prize structure is fixed and known.

AceCam will not knowingly support a Closed-Group Contest in which the prize amount is determined after entry from a pool whose ultimate value depends on subsequent enrollment during the Contest window.

Default Operating Model — Host-Administered

The default operating model for Multi-Participant Closed-Group Contests is Host-Administered. Under this model:

  • The Host Organizer collects entry fees, holds the Contest pool, calculates the predetermined prize structure, and pays the prize to the verified winner (or, where applicable, distributes prize amounts to predetermined-place finishers).
  • AceCamprovides verification, video, leaderboard, and content services in support of the Contest. AceCam's compensation is a Service Fee paid to AceCam in a separate transaction from any Contest entry fee. AceCam does not hold the Contest pool, does not pay the Contest prize, and is not the Contest counterparty under this default model.

Where operational considerations call for an alternative model, the Host Organizer and AceCam may agree in advance to either of the following structures:

  • Per-Participant Service Fee Model.Each participating User pays from their funded AceCam Wallet (i) a Challenge Stake of equal value, contributed entirely to the combined Contest pool, and (ii) a separate flat AceCam Service Fee. The full combined Contest pool is paid to the verified winner. AceCam's compensation is solely the per-participant Service Fee.
  • Operator-Administered Model. AceCam acts as the Contest operator, holds the Contest pool, retains a defined percentage of the gross pool as a Service Fee, and pays the remainder of the pool to the verified winner. The percentage and resulting prize amount are disclosed to participants before any participant plays.

Verification and Submission

Multi-Participant Closed-Group Contests are subject to the general submission, verification, and dispute-resolution rules set forth in Sections 6.1 through 6.3 and Section 8, and to the format-specific rules set forth in the applicable game section (Section 6.5 for Closest-to-the-Pin, Section 6.7 for Longest Drive, Section 6.4 for Hole-in-One Progressive, Section 6.6 for Hole-in-One Fixed).

Multi-Winner Handling

Where a Multi-Participant Closed-Group Contest results in multiple verified winners on a single Contest day for a single posted prize, the Spread-the-Wealth Rule applies: the posted prize is evenly divided among all verified winners, consistent with the rationale described in Section 6.4. Where the Contest is structured with separate, predetermined prizes for ranked finishes (e.g., 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place), the predetermined ranked prizes are awarded as published, and any tie at a given rank is resolved per the Ties rules set forth in the applicable game section.

7. Challenges

In addition to Host Course Contests, AceCam supports the facilitation of individual skill-based “Challenges.” Challenges are distinct from contests because they are initiated by Users and verified directly through AceCam's platform, rather than organized by a Host Course.

7.1 Challenge Formats and Rules

AceCam Challenges are individual, skill-based performance events that are initiated by Users and verified through AceCam's proprietary systems. Unlike Contests, which are organized and administered by Host Courses, Challenges are facilitated directly through the AceCam platform.

All Challenges share the following general requirements:

  1. Skill-Based Only: Challenge outcomes are determined strictly by measurable golf performance and verified by AceCam. No element of chance is involved.
  2. Platform Submission: Results must be recorded and submitted through the AceCam mobile application using the designated submission process.
  3. Immediate Recording: Participants should record their results (score and/or proximity, as applicable) immediately after finishing the designated hole.
  4. Two-Hour Deadline: All Challenge submissions must be made within two (2) hours of completing the designated hole. Submissions received after this deadline are disqualified.
  5. Mandatory Submissions: Results must be submitted whether successful or unsuccessful. Failure to submit results on three (3) separate occasions will result in permanent disqualification from the AceCam platform.
  6. Age Requirement: Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to initiate or enter a Challenge.
  7. Verification: AceCam will validate all results using proprietary camera technology, AI-assisted tracking, and manual review. Only verified results are eligible for payouts or achievements.
  8. Finality:AceCam's determination of Challenge results is final and binding.

7.2 Formats of Challenges

Player vs. Player Challenges. Two Users may agree to compete directly against each other in a performance-based Challenge (e.g., lowest strokes on a designated par-3, or proximity of a tee shot). Player vs. Player Challenges use a two-payment structure:

  • Each participating User pays a Challenge Stake of equal value, contributed entirely to the combined Challenge pot. The full combined Challenge pot is paid to the verified winning User. AceCam does not retain any portion of the combined Challenge pot, and does not take a percentage cut, rake, or commission from the Challenge pot.
  • Each participating User separately pays a flat AceCam Service Fee, in a separate transaction, to AceCam in exchange for AceCam's verification, video, content, and platform services for the Challenge. The Service Fee is the same regardless of the size of the Challenge Stake and is not calculated as a percentage of the Challenge pot. The Service Fee is the established compensation for AceCam's tournament-administration and verification services and is structurally comparable to the flat service fees charged by third-party golf tournament-management providers.

At the conclusion of the Challenge, AceCam verifies results using camera-captured video evidence, AI-assisted analysis tools, and manual review by the AceCam team. AceCam confirms the verified winner and disburses the combined Challenge pot to that User's AceCam Wallet.

Player vs. AceCam Challenges.A User may initiate a Challenge against AceCam under a predetermined performance condition disclosed in advance. For example, a User may attempt a “Birdie Bonus” Challenge by paying a Service Fee for AceCam's verification and administration services. If the User successfully satisfies the performance condition (e.g., records a verified birdie), AceCam pays the published predetermined prize to the User's AceCam Wallet. If the User does not satisfy the performance condition, the Service Fee is retained by AceCam as compensation for verification, video, content, and platform services rendered.

7.3 Handicap Index Requirement

  • AceCam requires a verified GHIN Handicap Index for participation in Challenges with odds-based payouts, where the payout amount is calculated from the participant's Handicap Index. As of the Effective Date, these are the Birdie Bonus Challenge (Section 7.5) and the Hit-the-Green Challenge (Section 7.6).
  • A verified GHIN Handicap Index is not required for other Challenges — including the Putting Challenge (Section 7.7) — or for Contests such as Closest-to-the-Pin, Longest Drive, or the AceCam Hole-in-One Jackpot and their simulator variants.
  • For odds-based Challenges, Users who register a Handicap Index manually in the AceCam platform must ensure that their self-reported Handicap Index is within one (1.0) stroke of their current official Handicap Index as published in the GHIN system.
  • AceCam reserves the right to verify a User's Handicap Index against GHIN records at any time. For odds-based Challenges, any discrepancy greater than one (1.0) stroke will render the User ineligible for Challenge payouts and may result in sanctions under Section 9 (Disqualification, Cheating, and Sanctions).

7.4 Verification and Eligibility

All AceCam Challenges are subject to strict verification and eligibility requirements to preserve fairness, transparency, and platform integrity.

  1. Platform Recording: All Challenge results must be recorded using the official AceCam mobile application and its designated submission system. Submissions made outside the platform will not be considered.
  2. Immediate Recording: Participants should record their results (score and/or proximity, where applicable) immediately after finishing the designated hole.
  3. Two-Hour Deadline: All Challenge results must be formally submitted within two (2) hours of completing the designated hole. Submissions beyond this deadline will be automatically disqualified, regardless of performance.
  4. Example — Birdie Bonus: In a Birdie Bonus Challenge, the User must record their score immediately after finishing the designated hole to determine whether they successfully birdied. Even if the User does not succeed, they are still required to submit their result within the two-hour window.
  5. Mandatory Submission Rule: All Challenge attempts — successful or unsuccessful — must be submitted. Failure to submit results on three (3) separate occasions will result in permanent disqualification from the AceCam platform.
  6. Verification Process: AceCam will review each Challenge submission using proprietary camera technology, AI-assisted tracking, and manual oversight. Only verified attempts are eligible for recognition, payouts, or achievement credits.
  7. Finality:AceCam's determination of Challenge results is final and binding.

Gamification and Achievements

Challenges are fully integrated into AceCam's gamification framework. Participation in Challenges may contribute toward badges, milestones, or achievements within the AceCam platform, ensuring that each attempt enhances a User's overall profile, engagement, and recognition within the AceCam community — regardless of outcome.

Service Fees and Transparency

All payments associated with Challenges are fees for AceCam's verification, content creation, and fairness services. Payments are not contest entry fees, do not constitute pooled betting, and are never allocated toward games of chance. AceCam's sole role is to verify outcomes, provide transparency, and ensure the rightful winner is recognized and rewarded.

Eligibility and Finality

  • Users must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to initiate or participate in a Challenge.
  • All Challenge outcomes are determined strictly by skill and verified under the Rules of Golf and AceCam's oversight protocols.
  • AceCam's determination of Challenge results is final and binding.

7.5 Birdie Bonus Challenge

The Birdie Bonus Challenge is a Player vs. AceCam skill-based Challenge (see Section 7.2) with an odds-based payout. A User initiates the Challenge on a designated hole, pays the Service Fee, and attempts to record a birdie or better (a score one stroke below par or better) on that hole.

How to Win

  • If the User records a birdie or better on the designated hole, the Challenge is won and AceCam issues the published payout.
  • If the User records a score of par or worse on the designated hole, the Challenge is lost and the Service Fee is retained by AceCam as compensation for verification, video processing, and content services.

Payout

  • Payouts are odds-based and determined in advancefrom the participant's verified GHIN Handicap Index (Section 7.3), the par of the designated hole, and the Service Fee amount. The exact payout amount is disclosed on the Challenge entry screen before payment.
  • Payouts are not pooled and do not depend on other participants. The Challenge is a fixed-payout, one-against-the-platform event.

Handicap Requirement

Because payouts are calculated from the participant's Handicap Index, a verified GHIN Handicap Index is required to participate in the Birdie Bonus Challenge. See Section 7.3.

Submission and Deadline

  • The User must record the hole score immediately after finishing play on the designated hole, using the “Record Results” prompts.
  • Challenge results must be submitted within two (2) hours of completing the designated hole (Section 7.4). Submissions received after this deadline will be automatically disqualified, regardless of outcome.
  • The User must submit the result whether successful or unsuccessful. Failure to submit on three (3) separate occasions will result in permanent disqualification from the AceCam platform (Sections 7.1 and 7.4).

Verification

All Birdie Bonus outcomes are verified through AceCam's camera systems, AI-assisted tracking, and manual review. AceCam's determination of the Challenge result is final and binding.

7.6 Hit-the-Green Challenge

The Hit-the-Green Challenge is a Player vs. AceCam skill-based Challenge (see Section 7.2) with an odds-based payout. A User initiates the Challenge on a designated par-3 hole, pays the Service Fee, and attempts to land their tee shot on the green in regulation — meaning the ball comes to rest on the designated green surface on the tee shot.

How to Win

  • If the User's tee shot comes to rest on the designated green of the designated hole, the Challenge is won and AceCam issues the published payout.
  • If the tee shot does not come to rest on the green (e.g., bunker, rough, water, off-course), the Challenge is lost and the Service Fee is retained by AceCam as compensation for verification, video processing, and content services.

Payout

  • Payouts are odds-based and determined in advancefrom the participant's verified GHIN Handicap Index (Section 7.3), the par and length of the designated hole, and the Service Fee amount. The exact payout amount is disclosed on the Challenge entry screen before payment.
  • Payouts are not pooled and do not depend on other participants. The Challenge is a fixed-payout, one-against-the-platform event.

Handicap Requirement

Because payouts are calculated from the participant's Handicap Index, a verified GHIN Handicap Index is required to participate in the Hit-the-Green Challenge. See Section 7.3.

Submission and Deadline

  • The User must record the result (hit green / did not hit green) immediately after completing the designated hole, using the “Record Results” prompts.

All Hit-the-Green outcomes are verified through AceCam's camera systems, AI-assisted tracking of ball flight and lie, and manual review. AceCam's determination of the Challenge result is final and binding.

7.7 Putting Challenge

The Putting Challenge is a skill-based Challenge (Section 7.2) in which a User attempts a predetermined sequence of putts at designated putting targets on a practice green, putting surface, or simulator. The payout is determined by how many putts the User successfully holes, based on a published tiered payout table. Unlike the Birdie Bonus and Hit-the-Green Challenges, the Putting Challenge is not odds-based and does not require a verified GHIN Handicap Index.

How to Play

  • The sequence of targets, the number of attempts per target, and the tiered payout schedule are fixed in advance by the Host Course or Host Facility and are disclosed on the Challenge entry screen before payment.
  • The User attempts the configured sequence on the designated putting surface using the designated target configuration.
  • The User records the number of putts successfully holed in the AceCam mobile application using the “Record Results” prompts.

Payout

  • Payouts follow a published tiered schedule(e.g., 5 makes = $X, 6 makes = $Y, 7 makes = $Z). The participant's payout is determined solely by the number of putts made and the applicable tier.
  • Payouts are not pooled, do not depend on other participants, and do not vary based on handicap. The Challenge is a fixed-tier, one-against-the-platform event.

Eligibility

  • The participant must be properly registered and must have completed payment before beginning the putting sequence.
  • Only putts taken on the designated surface, using the designated target configuration, are eligible.
  • A verified GHIN Handicap Index is not required for the Putting Challenge.

Submission and Deadline

  • The User must record the number of putts made immediately after completing the sequence, using the “Record Results” prompts.
  • Challenge results must be submitted within two (2) hours of completing the sequence (Section 7.4). Submissions after this deadline will be automatically disqualified.
  • The User must submit the result whether any putts were made or not. Failure to submit on three (3) separate occasions will result in permanent disqualification from the AceCam platform (Sections 7.1 and 7.4).

Verification

Putting Challenge outcomes are verified through AceCam's designated verification procedures, which may include camera systems, AI-assisted tracking, simulator telemetry, or manual review, depending on the venue and configuration. AceCam's determination of the Challenge result is final and binding.

8. Special Hole-in-One Verification Protocol

To maintain the integrity, fairness, and legal defensibility of the AceCam Hole-in-One Progressive Jackpot, all claims of a Hole-in-One must pass a strict multi-layered verification process.

8.1 Required Steps for Prize Eligibility

To qualify for any Hole-in-One related Badge or prize, participants must:

  1. Be logged into their AceCam account at the time of the shot;
  2. Be properly registered for the contest and have paid the Service Fee;
  3. Record the tee shot from the correct hole and designated tee box using an operational AceCam system;
  4. Immediately notify a course official or AceCam representative;
  5. Submit the resultusing the “Record Results” feature within the mobile app;
  6. Pass Video and Data Review, including AI-assisted tracking, object detection, trajectory analysis, and manual review by AceCam staff.

If any step is incomplete, falsified, or otherwise fails verification, the Hole-in-One will be deemed ineligible, regardless of its outcome on the course.

8.2 Authenticity & Security Measures

AceCam supports outcome integrity through a combination of participant self-logging, camera-captured video evidence, technology tools, and human review by the AceCam team. Specifically:

  • Participant self-logged resultsrecorded through the AceCam mobile application are the participant's attestation of the outcome and are the starting point for verification;
  • Camera-captured video evidence is collected to support review, dispute resolution, and (where applicable) Hole-in-One claim verification;
  • Computer Vision and AI tools are used by AceCam team members as aids in reviewing video evidence and tracking ball flight, bounce, and entry into the cup. These tools assist the review process and are not the sole basis for verification;
  • Manual review and oversight by AceCam Contest officials is the final verification step;
  • Random audits of Contest entries to ensure fair play;
  • Geo-tagging and device authentication to validate on-site participation and prevent spoofed attempts.

AceCam reserves the right to investigate any contest entry or account activity. Violations may result in:

  • Disqualification from the current contest;
  • Suspension or termination of the user account;
  • Permanent ban from future contests;
  • Forfeiture of all related rewards or prizes;
  • Legal action or fines, as outlined in Section 9: Disqualification, Cheating, and Sanctions.

9. Disqualification, Cheating, and Sanctions

To ensure the integrity, fairness, and legal compliance of all AceCam Contests and Challenges, the following conduct is strictly prohibited. AceCam maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding dishonesty, unfair advantage, or any attempt to manipulate contest outcomes. Violations will result in immediate and severe consequences.

9.1 Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to):

  • Submitting or attempting to submit a Hole-in-One, Contest result, or Challenge result from a non-designated tee box;
  • Entering false, incomplete, or misleading results into the AceCam platform, including but not limited to scores, proximities, putts, or Challenge outcomes. Any intentional misrepresentation of results will result in permanent removal from the platform;
  • Using unauthorized video footage, manipulated content, or edited submissions to falsify performance;
  • Participating with multiple accounts, aliases, or misrepresenting user identity (e.g., name, age, or location);
  • Attempting to circumvent AceCam's verification protocols, including AI tracking, manual review, and on-site confirmation;
  • Colluding with other participants or bystanders to manipulate results, create distractions, or interfere with gameplay;
  • Tampering with hardware, software, course markings, or conditions in a way that creates unfair advantage;
  • Taking second shots, “Mulligans,” or “practice shots” during a contest-eligible attempt;
  • Using non-conforming equipment in violation of USGA rules;
  • Violating USGA etiquette or pace-of-play standards to gain a competitive edge.

9.2 Sanctions and Penalties

If AceCam determines, in its sole discretion, that a participant has engaged in dishonest, abusive, or non-compliant conduct, one or more of the following sanctions may apply:

  • Immediate disqualification from the current contest;
  • Forfeiture of any and all pending or previously awarded prizes, badges, or rewards;
  • Permanent ban from all AceCam platforms, contests, and affiliated services;
  • Fines equal to the stated prize value at the time of the violation, issued as liquidated damages to reimburse AceCam and/or the Host Course;
  • Notification to relevant golf course partners, tournament organizers, or platform sponsors;
  • Referral to legal authorities or governing bodies for fraud, identity abuse, or gaming-related violations;
  • Potential reporting to the USGA for conduct detrimental to official golf handicapping, etiquette, or eligibility.

AceCam may delay payout processing pending verification and reserves the right to require proof of identity or video review before issuing any prize.

9.3 Reporting Violations

AceCam encourages all users to help preserve the integrity of its contests. If you witness or suspect dishonest behavior, please report it immediately to support@acecamgolf.com.

  • All reports are treated as confidential.
  • Users who knowingly fail to report misconduct may themselves be subject to disciplinary action.
  • False reports made in bad faith may result in sanctions against the reporting party.

9.4 Conformance with USGA Rules of Golf

All AceCam Contests are governed by the Rules of Golf established by the United States Golf Association (USGA) unless explicitly modified by AceCam for a specific event. The following principles apply to all contest entries:

  • Only one tee shot per contest entry is permitted. Mulligans, provisional balls, or retakes are strictly prohibited.
  • Shots must be played from the designated tee markers assigned to the contest. Shots from alternate or unmarked locations will be rejected.
  • Players must use equipment that conforms to USGA standards, including approved club length, ball specifications, and accessories.
  • Contest shots must be taken under normal pace of play and conditions. Attempts made outside of official playing conditions (e.g., solo replays, off-hours usage) may be disqualified.
  • The presence of caddies, spectators, or playing partners must not confer any unfair advantage.
  • All local course rules must be followed in addition to AceCam and USGA regulations.

AceCam may introduce additional rules to preserve the platform's skill-based format but will always use USGA principles as its regulatory foundation.

AceCam Contests are designed to promote skill, integrity, and the spirit of the game. Players violating the letter or intent of these rules may be disqualified regardless of specific infraction.

Participants are responsible for knowing and following these rules. Ignorance of the USGA Rules of Golf or AceCam contest-specific policies will not be considered a valid excuse in the event of a rule violation.
